Jim joined DCD as a CAST Craftsman in 2023. He was impressed with the hiring process of working a Trial Day in the Lab, where he jumped right into our CAST operations. Jim embodies our Core Value of NEAT, CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED, and takes great care of his resources and tools. In his free time, he enjoys going to car shows, spending time with his grandchildren, and cooking out on the grill.
