At Phan Gear Prints, an art and tattoo studio in Fort Wayne, Indiana, you’ll find posters on the walls inspired by local community attractions, large windows brightening the rooms, and polished concrete floors reflecting the natural light throughout the space. With two concrete slabs in the space, Dancer Concrete Design installed our StrongTread Polish – Classic on the new slab and StrongTread Polish – Remodel on the older slab. A grout coat was chosen for the Remodel system to fill in pinholes and hairline cracks that are common in older concrete floors. Both parts of the floor were finished to a 400-grit, Satin finish. With polished concrete’s durability and timelessness, this floor will last the artists for years to come.
