Evapar

Evapar is a service provider of power products specializing in generators, industrial engines, and compressed air systems. They are a fellow Fort Wayne business. Because they handle both sales and service, they needed two different flooring solutions for their building. The main salesroom would receive a polish and sealed treatment while the parts and service area would have the concrete cleaned, densified, and then burnished.

The sales room was 1,076 square feet and included some cracks and joints that needed to be filled. Dancer Concrete Design used a warm stone color, densified, and polished the floor to a 400-grit level 1 shine. For the 544 sq. ft. parts room, we cleaned the floor with the scrubber and then densified to further protect the concrete.
