Terrazzo is a decorative surface that provides several custom options for you to create an endless array of patterns, colors, and finishes. It’s based on the old-world Italian flooring installation of chips, like marble, broken stones, and glass, mixed with a bonding material, like epoxy or cement. Terrazzo is a durable system for all types of spaces, from large spaces with heavy foot traffic to residential staircases.

Custom Terrazzo From DCD

We offer three types of services for your terrazzo project: pre-cast, flooring installation, and revitalization.

CAST is our line of architectural pre-cast terrazzo and concrete pieces. Our work includes steps, bases, tiles, wall panels, and furniture crafted to fit a variety of environments and styles with our available customization options.

Our terrazzo flooring system, Surface Terrazzo, is a 1/4” topping installed on top of new or existing concrete.

Also, if you need a terrazzo floor restored, we can refinish it with our StrongTread Refresh polished flooring system. This is an affordable option compared to replacing your flooring with another material.

How Can You Customize Terrazzo?

There are several ways to tailor your terrazzo project to fit your design needs. Our available options create countless unique results that will make your project stand out. After deciding on these initial selections, we create a sample to help you visualize the type of terrazzo surface you’ll receive.
