Joseph Decuis Guest House

Dancer Concrete Design had the privilege of working with the Joseph Decuis company this summer. A company that consists of a five-star restaurant, farm, culinarium, emporium, and inn. Joseph Decuis was looking to remodel their guest house at the farm where they raise their famous Wagyu beef and other animals used in their Farm to Fork restaurant. Dancer Concrete Design helped them embrace the cracks, character, and wear of their concrete floor.

The guest house floor and porch received a polishing treatment along with a clean and seal to restore and bring out the true beauty of the concrete. This space also serves outdoor venues such as weddings and receptions. We also completed a polished concrete floor inside a new building that serves as an Indiana getaway for others to experience the farm and a calm and relaxed atmosphere. This floor was stained using a concentration of Soft Maple reactive stain. The floor was then polished to a satin 200 level finish that offers a soft and warm feel.
